How do I activate mail handling?

From the comfort of your home, follow the steps below:


1. Request your delivery address designation at support@funthriving.freshdesk.com if you haven't already received it; you will receive it along with a sample of how to fill in items 3 and 4 on PS Form 1583 within 24 business hours.


2. Fill out the PS Form 1583; you can do so through the software of your preference, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, or one of the following online tools:

3. Prepare the two forms of identification indicated on the form.


4. If you have any questions or doubts about the form, please get in touch with us at support@funthriving.freshdesk.com; we'll be glad to help you.


5. Notarize the form along with the two forms of identification. You may consider doing this at notarize.comonenotary.us, or notarycam.com to sign and notarize your documents online legally.


6. Send notarized PS Form 1583, photocopy the two forms of identification presented (USPS DMM 508.1.8.2.A), and documentation to confirm the applicant conducts business at the permanent address listed on the form (USPS DMM 508.1.8.2.A) to support@funthriving.freshdesk.com for review. We'll fully activate your subscription plan within 48 business hours if the documents comply with the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM).


Note: If the form is notarized in-person, please note that you must deliver the original to our facility, by mail or in person, in compliance with the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) 508.1.8.2.C. The photocopy of the two forms of identification presented (USPS DMM 508.1.8.2.A) and documentation to confirm the applicant conducts business at the permanent address listed on the form (USPS DMM 508.1.8.2.A) may be sent via e-mail at support@funthriving.freshdesk.com.
