As for mail we received on your behalf until November 30, 2021, at our old location (2250 NW 136th Ave, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028), please note that you must pick it up during the next ten (10) business days at our new location (320 SE 9th St, Fort Lauderdale FL 33316). Monday through Friday between 9 am to 1 pm. After this period, we will forward the mail to the USPS CFS (Computerized Forwarding System).
It is also essential to keep in mind that as of December 1, 2021, we will no longer be able to receive your mail at the old location (2250 NW 136th Ave, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028). So we recommend you follow the following steps so you can continue receiving your mail normally:
Notify all your correspondents of your new mailing address, whether you move with us or use another service, such as the USPS PO BOX service, which has offices around the United States.
Starting December 1, 2021, come to our new location (320 SE 9th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316) during the next thirty (30) business days to help you complete a Change-Of-Address Order.
